Where can I purchase Marble Cosmetix products ?

All Marble Cosmetix products are sold online and at our houston boutique. 

 

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, please note that all international orders may include customs fees and can take up to 2-3 weeks to reach its destination. International orders must be processed through a customs facility and may be held at the facility to be claimed. We highly recommend finding your nearest facility to be able to check on the status of you order once 2-3 weeks have passed. If a package is not claimed it will be sent back to us and will not be processed for reshipment. A refund will be applied should this occur. All international orders are prone to have minimal tracking once the package leaves the US. Once a package has left the US, Marble Cosmetix is no longer liable for this package or anything further pertaining to this package. 

 

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses?
Yes, we do ship to P.O boxes and APO addresses as well.

How long does processing and shipping take?

Due to Covid 19 processing & shipping can take up to 10 business

 

How do I use a promo/coupon code?

You can apply a promo/coupon code at checkout before processing payment. If your code does not work, please contact us at contact@marblecosmetix.com

 

How many promo codes can be used per order?

Only one code can be used at a time. Our system will only accept one per order.

 

What payment is accepted on Marble Cosmetix? 

American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal and Amazon Pay are all accepted forms of payment.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please refer to the tracking number provided and allow up to 24 hours for your tracking to be updated.

 

Can I make changes to my order once it’s been placed?

If you have any changes that need to be made, please email contact@marblecosmetix.com immediately and include the information that will need to be updated. 

 

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately at this time no returns will be accepted under any circumstances.

 Any orders that have used a promo/coupon code are final sale and are non-refundable. ALL limited-edition products are non-refundable.

 

 

What is your exchange policy?

Unfortunately at this time Marble Cosmetix does not offer exchanges unless you have received the wrong item, in which the item can not be tampered with in any way and you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Contact contact@marblecosmetix.com

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Please email us at contact@marblecosmetix.com immediately to cancel your order. 

 

What if my order has arrived damaged or defective?

Please email us at contact@marblecosmetix.com within 3 business days. Please be prepared to send back damaged or defective item in order to receive store credit to purchase same item of different item of equal or lesser value. 

Does Marble Cosmetix have a maximum purchase policy?

A maximum amount can be applied to limited edition products at our discretion.

 

Are Marble Cosmetix products vegan and cruelty free?

All of our Our products are paraben free, made in the US , hypo-allergenic, allergy tested, non-comedogenic, fragrance free and not tested on animals. Some of our items are gluten free as well. All product descriptions have ingredients listed for your convenience.
